Complain

Thanks to jet at Diepsloot Bambanani mall for having variety of school uniform, but all that was varnished by the service we received at Protea Glen Jet store when my Gf went to exchange pair of school shoe for our daughter where the manager Sandile turned her back says she can do exchange for her because she didn't bring store card that was used on purchase, all we needed was to swap sizes and slip was present as per their policy of exchange and refunds but we were denied my daughter has to wear fashion shoe om her first day at school because I wasn't present to do exchange.
