I have been calling jet for some time now. Every time am being transferred from one department to the next.

I never get to the department am supposed to go. Each time am given a so called direct number the number does not go through..

I want to cancel that jet club fee. I never join that nonsense. Their customer care is a total waste of time. Cause you will spend over an hour waiting to get to the relevant department. But you never do
