Complain

I had an accnt with jet stores of which , i ended up closing that account because i felt like they where riping me off. Everytime il pay but my installment wouldn't go down, so i ended up paying them off and closing the account. That was in 2015 November. But to my Suprise in 2018 October i received a statement from jet stores saying i owe them, that i had purchased airtime to the value of 512. I then went to jet stores to find out how is it possible cause i had closed the acount. But they went able to help me theire call center agent said they will do a follow-up and get back to me. Its now 2019 and they are still doing the follow-up or im doing it cause its me who has been going to the store nd calling them to find out whats going on. All they do is sent me statement of how much i owe them, they are not even triying to help me solve this matter all they want is my money they dont care about me. The last time i went there in may i spoke to a guy called Thembinkosi who told me they dont deal with my issues instade they send them to the relevant people, when i asked him to transfer my call to those people who deal with issues so i can speak to them, he said to me its impossible because they do not have phones or land lines and they communicate vai email only. When i told him how frustrating what he is saying to me is, he just kept quite and stoped talking to me and waited for me to hung up. And when i went there they had given my name to debt collectors and frightening to blacklist me if i do not pay. Even today they haven't called me or tried to help me. All they want from me is the money, debt collectors call me every day on behalf of jet stores. It is sickening that they gave my name to debt collectors when the matter hasnt been resolved and its under investigation. It just goes to show how much they dont care about people all they care about is making money. It doesn't matter to them how they make it even if its through *****. So people watch out aspecially if you have a jet account. Should anything like this happen to you know that jet doesnt care about and they wont even try to help you, all they care about is money. Its really sad.
