complain

On the 22/10/2017 I went to Jet wonder park to exchange my sons pants for school, when i got there , there was no security by the door, i asked the cleaning lady about her whereabouts she told me that the security lady is inside the store , i looked around i couldn't see her, then i continued with my shopping , my phone rang while i was busy on the phone the security came to me and she said how many items are you exchanging ? then i said to her how do you know that i wanna exchange something, you don't even great me? she answered me so rude and said because you always pass me without greeting me so that is why i'm not greeting you, imagine i'm a client not her friend , i was so angry with her even forgot what i waned to do , if this is a kind of service she gives to clients then she need to grow up she need to change her attitude towards customers because i came there to buy with my own money shes not doing me any favors or anything like that , holding grudges on customers while you at work like really? i'm so disappointing with the service she gave me. i will never set my foot in that store again i even wanna close my account a.s.a.p
