colour of dress came of on fur jacket

On the 28Aug I bought a red lace dress at Jet.Sat the colour of the dress came of my fur coat,the dress totally spoiled my coat.Monday I took the coat to Jet & showed the manager she made a note told me that the regional manager are coming later the day and he will contact me regarding this matter.I went back just before closing time because nobody contacted me.I took the dress back,the manager reckoned that since i brought dress back she do not think they will be able to assist me further best is I keep the dress and just not wear it with any white coats.I feel very upset because this coat cannot be washed it has to be dry cleaned,I feel that Jet should sort this problem out.Nobody has contacted me yet regarding this matter
