Clueless staff nd #### up ever changing rules

We have an account with Jet which we pay monthly nd have never skipped or lapsed on our payments. We went to Jet a few days ago to buy a flat screen TV set and to our surprise we were told the account is closed ed and we cant buy anythng. Now heres the crazy part... They closed off our account because there hasnt been a purchse for 3months..?! Bull!! I mean they receive paymnts of about R600+ monthly and we recieve monthly statements of an active acc which not even once ever warned or stated anythng about the account being closed or when this 'new law' started. Now heres wat i think is insanely stupid. The staff members didnt know anythng about this new law... They couldnt even explain how and when it came into cause... Infact they asked stupid questions like why havent we been using the account for so long... Which is none of their business. it gets worse... They said the account can never be used ever again infact we should now apply for a new one?!? WHAT?!? But then again we still need to finish paying off the old one before we do that?! Such Bull mara!! What is that? How does that even happend. Where do they get off telling us how and when to use our credit?? This is ****.
