Clothing got holes before a month

I got my husband a pack of under pants at Jet cothing store 3 maybe 4 wees ago. This week he put one of them on and there are 3 holes on the side of the undies right above the needle work. I wentto a Et store and told the lady behind the till andse just tells me she understand but they do not return underwear. I understand why they dont return if it is notthe right size as you already weared it. But if it the clothes gets holes in not even a month then it should be replaced. I paid R150 for 5 underwear to not even last me a month. Jet will never see me again. I can just as well go to pep and buy there and it will last longer then Jets. Now I need to go buy again undies for my husband.
