Closing time inaccurate

I'm not happy with trading hours of Jet store in Ficksburg. It clearly states that they close at 17h00 during the week however when I got there on two occasions at 16h45 they closed the door in my face. If their closing time is 16h45 then it must state that on the door not 17h00.
