CLOSING OF JET ACCOUNT??? - NOW MY CREDIT SCORE DROPS!!!

I had an account with Jet - phoned numerous times in October 2020 requesting a settlement balance on my account but never received it. Then on 21 October a girl called Chumiseke helped me and actually gave me a settlement amount and it was sent by SMS to me as well. I made the payment on the same day and emailed it through to *** and *** as I was given 5 days to do the payment but thought it good to do it immediately. I've requested on my mails for Jet to confirm now that my account is closed with immediate effect and nothing should be added to this account whatsoever. Today I received my new Clearscore report and went down by 24 points as it shows I'm in arrears on my Jet account!!!! Please sort out and correct this on your system as I'm doing my best to work towards a better credit score. This is totally unacceptable.
