Closing Account - Club membersh
I went to Tygervalley JET(06/03/2015) to settle all outstanding amounts and to close my club membership. I've asked the cashier to close the account and membership because I don't want to be billed for something I'm not using. Asking the cashier multiple times if everything is closed now and making sure she understood me.

So after 2months I received a bill regarding membership fees. I was furious because I've asked the cashier(Zine) a few times to make sure she understands that this account must be closed and I'm off of their membership.

After going into the store and explaining the whole issue, they came back to me the next day saying that they cant do anything about it and I have to pay.
Why do I have to pay for their fault and if cashiers isn't trained properly to follow procedures. The cashier said I've requested to settle the account not closure. She's just covering her ass, and probably don't know how I look. They see quite a few customers daily and I'm sure I didn't stand out enough that she wrote what happened in her diary... and I'm sure she's no genius either(because why would she be working at JET)

Also JET's cashiers isn't very professional in front of customers.
