CLOSE MY JET ACCOUNT

I am disappointed with the service I have received from Edcon Jet. I paid off my account and wanted to close the account however they making it impossible for me, went to two stores different days and I am being told that the customer service is not available, I even tried to call however kept holding for a long time. Can my account please be closed before there's an interest added to my account.
