Close my account

I've logged in a review a a couple of weeks ago because they've said I owe money, after that I've asked them to close my account, now they've added fees I don't know of again. Listen I want my account to be closed, I want nothing to do with jet and their crazy fees, I've never purchased anything yet I always happen to owe them. I want their agents to call me so we can close the account, now is that difficult?
