CLOSE JET ACCOUNT

If I could give a minus rating, I would.

I have been trying to close my account since 30 January 2024. None of my emails have been answered. When you call the numbers listed, it keeps telling me that my ID / Account or Card number is not valid, so I'm not able to speak to an actual person.

I have just received another statement - my balance was zero, but I have been charged interest on my account - HOW???

CLOSE MY ACCOUNT!!!!!
