Client harassment at Jet Stores Middestad

My 18 year old daughter bought a Hurrican H61 for R900 with her 1st salary with great excitement and told ny the lady behind the counter that she can return the phone within 7 days.Last night my daughter trued to charge the phone no luck also apps like whatsapp fails the respond.This morning my daughter went to the store to return the phone or pay in more for another phone only to be told with staff attitude that there is nothing wro g with the phone, my child is in tears the store manager contacted her and said bring the phone on Saturday as to assess it herself, this is unacceptable, we buy lots of clothes at Jet hence purchasing the phone at Jet. Give my daughter a full refung, no assessment and no attitude.
