Click and collect... a month later nothing to collect

I’ve placed a click and collect order on 4 Nov. Received a confirmation on the 9th that states it will be available for collection within 6 - 8 working days, and that I will receive a notification to collect from the store. Now it’s the 11th of December and still nothing. I’ve sent an enquiry regarding my order last week but haven’t even received a reply yet. This isn’t even the first time I’m struggling with Jetonline.
