Clarification on my debt

I have an account with you guys and I lost my job in December 2019 I communicated with you and you asked me for payment terms. I thought I had an Account Protection plan with Hollard. Now I am receiving calls from different organisations asking me about my Jet debt. Blake wat wat and MBD I think. My questions are: Which organisation did you hand over my account to? Why did the account protection plan cover for the debt?
