Cheating a loyal customer
I ordered R900 worth of items. My delivery was a week late. I had to follow up with the courier service about 4 times a day with no one phoning me as promised. Eventually the delivery arrived. I received a base cover instead of a fitted sheet and 1 duvet cover instead of a comforter set... The best part is, when they refunded me, they refunded me R 159 which was the price for the duvet cover.. I paid R 320 for the comforter set which I now never received.. How fair is that. I am done with Jet. Worst company I've ever dealt with.
