highly annoyed with the service from Jet Customer Service, a ********** purchase was made on my account which was reversed, however the interest was not, I called numerous times querying this was told it will be removed, today I receive a new statement no credit reversal and I am being charged for a new card, call centre have no clue as to what they are doing.
