CHARGED FOR SMS SUBSCRIPTION, I DO NOT KNOW ABOUT
FOR THE SECOND TIME JET HAS CHARGED ME FOR A SUBSCRIPTION FEE I DID NOT SUBSCRIBE TO, THEY DID THAT LAST MONTH AND THEY TOLD ME THEY WILL GET BACK TO ME (THAT WAS 18 MARCH) THEY THEN SENT ME A STATEMENT FOR APRIL WITH THE SAME CHARGE AGAIN, CAN THE SO CALLED RELEVANT DEPARTMENT RECTIFY THIS AND SEND ME A CORRECT STATEMENT
