Cellphone insurances at Jet

Am an angry customer of jet,the issue is regarding cellphone insurance, its been over a year now jet not attending to my query,I have asked them to cancel insurance of a ****** cellphone I had with them,they refered me to IUA Business solutions, and all they say when I sent them emails is that the matter has been escalated and they will give me response which they failed to do. When i visit their store,their consultants at customer service they are rude,not well trained, and again they will tell me they sent email to finrite insurance they are still waiting for them to reply, since last year 2020 around july and august till now,jet has failed to attend to my query,its affecting me because my balance on the account it's not decreasing, am so fed up ,please help me hello peter
