Cellphone insurance

Hi,my name is caroline,i purchased 2 phones in 2019 at jet with my jet account and they opened phone insurance for both phones and told me i can cancel it after a month.its been 2 years now and when u go to cancel the insurance they say they no longer cancel insurances and gave me the number where I'll be able to cancell ***).when i call this number they keep droping it until they gave me another number ***),apparently its a wrong number.i don't know what to do now because jet is refusing to help me.you are my last hope.thank you.
