Cellphone insurance at jet

I wrote a review here on hello peter days ago,jet never responded, that's how they roll they don't have time for customers,I called ,I mailed them many times before I write here ,regarding cancellation and refund on cellphone insurance but they don't bother with responding ,all they say is that the matter have been escalated ,am fed up with their bad service, IUA business solutions at jet,finrite insurance, they all don't attend to customer 's queries.# angry customer.
