Cellphone insurance

On the 20th of November 2015 I went to the Jet in Carlton Centre to buy a cellphone using my Jet account.When everything was processed I was then given the cellphone and two receipts and told that the cellphone comes out with insurance since I bought it using the Jet account.I went out and read the cellphone insurance terms and conditions only to find out that what i was told is not true.I called the store and told them that i want to cancel the insurance immediately since i was given the wrong information.the same agent who had assisted me with the purchase told me that i couldnt cancel the insurance immediately..only after 3 months..when I asked him why he said since Im so determined to cancel it i have to go back to the Store the day after or any other day..but not on the day the insurance was taken out on my behalf.<br>
