<p>I am so angry and feeling undermined,I have claimed my insurance about a month and 2 weeks and the feedback I got was 3 weeks ago from a lady from four ways Jet telling me they will tell me the final decision because I'm covered on cash insurance it will take 48hrs , I've been waiting forever and what is making me more angry is the lie and I ended up having to buy another phone of which was a total inconvenience, who will reimburse me that money.
