Cellphone claim taking forever+-3weeks
I am so not happy with the way my cellphone claim is dragging and with no feedback from no one but was advised that I would get a response within 5 days but it's been 3 weeks since I submitted the claim. When I call Finrite they tell me they have not received the documents from Jet store Carlton Centre... I'm disgusted in the service!!!
