Cashier was on the personal call

I was at jet Cresta today I made the purchase the lady by the name ifc Jabilile called me to come and pay to my suorise she suddenly made a personal call with her cell phone she was expecting me to hear her while she was on a personal call, I told her my account is 6 months to pay, but because she was on a personal call she put 12 months, I just notice that when I arrive at home, she was even using sign language when talking to me. While she entertain the person on call, how do i rectify this
