cash refund
I bought a cap with other staff at jet store chris hani mall vosloorus today 15/10/2015 time 13:31pm cashier name Phumzile Makhapela she had good customer service I'm happy on that,but now I'm problem is I took back the cap for refund as my husband told me that he already bought the cap I decided to take it back as we don't need two same caps. The store told me that they can't give me cash back but the can only give me gift card,please assist as I don't need gift card I need cash.
