Can't get help if the department guy is not around.

I bought an Itel phone A18 on the 28th of December because I was ****** a day before. And the person who ****** me had accessed my whatsap and was busy asking for money using my details. I don't have cash because I had asked the bank to freeze my accounts. I had only r1000 so the only phone I could afford was and that one Itel A18. They gave me the last fone that was on display. With no choice I took it. Only to realize that the font was not connecting to my Telkom network. I then decided to take the phone back the next day because I was still sorting my issues at the bank and opening a case on the ******* incident. The next day on the 29th I went to Jet stores in Sandton city. Only to be told that I should come at 11 am because the guy who works in that department was coming in late. And also because I had lost my slip. I asked them to reprint the slip. But they said they can't do it. I had to come back at 11am only to be served after a long time of waiting and was told that the guy who works in the department had his phone off. They couldn't get hold of him. I told the ladies I just wanted to buy a bigger and better fone worth r4000 because that one for r1000 had network issues. I got a shocking response again that no one can help I should come the following day. No one seemed to care about what I told them that someone was busy using my whatsap account and hacking my accounts using my old phone. Because I needed a phone urgently I then went just opposite jet to incredible connections and their service was awesome. I got my new fone for r4000. On the 30th I decided pass by Jet and return their phone which wasn't working on to get the same response. No one could help me because the guy for the department wasn't around. I have never had a complaint about any shop in my life but this one had to go down so that change could be done on how things are run in the that shop. So now I'm forced to keep a phone that is not working because there is no one to help me. Shocking indeed.
