Cancelation of jet club request

I am really unhappy with the service i am getting from jet.i settled my account long ago however my axcou t is having an outstanding balance and when I go to jet to find clarification and I was told that I am having a jet club which I never app**** for so please assist with canceling the club and writing off the outstanding balance and refund me all the payment that were paid to the club since from 2017till 2022..I have been going to jet at Sandton and greenstone however till today I am not assisted
