Cancel Airtime subscription I've never used

I have had an account with Jet for years now and have been trying to unsubscibe to some stupid airtime subscription that they have added on my account, mind you I don't know how to and have never used this airtime subscription thing as I am a telkom contract user but when I try and call they send me to some IOU or something department and the option to unsubscibe is not available. I even called them twice today, no success. Jet has been taking close to R100 for two airtime subscriptions I've never signed up for and cancelling them is a hustle. I'm tired of paying for something I don't use. Please unsubscibe me fron this stupid thing.
