I opened an account with Jet 2017 I ddnt have a problem. My problems with jet started 2 years ago when I realised I'm paying my account every month without missing my payments only for the amount to not decrease but Instead it increases. But I never stopped paying. Until on the 15 on of August I went to shop to ask for the settlement I amount and I paid it. So I asked what is happening, I was told it's because my account has several policies. To my shock I don't remember ever opening any policy with jet or any company for that matter. I told them to cancel them and refund me my money but till now I have not been assisted.
