Bullying staffmembers!!
On Saturday, 18th of July, my wife went into the Jet clothing store in Beaufort West to buy some clothes for my 6 year old son. She took him with her so he can fit and check sizes of the clothes before she buys them. When she entered the shop one of the staff told her that no children was allowed in the shop and that she had to leave him at the door while she was doing shopping. With obvious risks involved with leaving a 6 year old alone at the shop entrance, my wife phoned me and asked me to come and fetch him. When she got home with the clothes, one of the sweater tops were too small for him and also a dress she bought at the same time. Seeing that fitting rooms were closed as well she was unable to check if the dress fitted. She returned to the shop the next day to return/swap the clothes but was turned away by staffmembers claiming that they cannot return or swap the clothes for different sizes due to Covid-19 risks. This is unacceptable. You're not allowed to fit clothes before you buy it and when you get home and it doesn't fit, you're also not allowed to return it? Other clothing shops do not have problem with returned clothes and keeps it in storage for 48 hours to avoid Covid-19 risks. This is totally unfair and *********. Jet will definitely not be selling us any clothes again!!
