Bullying from Jet

I feel harassed and abused by my account is up to date I don't skip payments I even pay more than the total due. I received a call from jet saying there was ***** on my account I went to Westgate to investigate store staff couldnt get hold of ***** department after 45 minutes I left. Following month I went to make a purchase I was told I can't buy I didn't pay I gave them proof of payment and the manager checked on the other system my payment was there, He tried calling head office couldn't get hold of them I left again.

April I paid my account guess what I received an SMS around 2:30am saying I didn't pay I ignored it. 5days later 16/04/21 at 2:30am another reminder to pay but I paid the account.
