Broken Sandles

I bought a pair of kiddies sandals and after wearing them twice they broke. I took them back to the store and was told as I did not have my docket they could not change them. I told them I had an account with them and they could look it up on the system I was told they are not allowed to do that. The manageress was in the back having her tea and did not come out to speak to me so I waited until her tea break was over and then she came out and told me the same story I called Customer Care and was told that was not correct that they could not look it up on the system. I asked them what I was supposed to do with them and they said I should throw them in the bin. The make was revolution size 11. I have had such bad experiences with Jet - they did not send me an account and when they called to ask me when I was going to pay a mere R65.00 the consultant said he would email me the account - now four months later I am still waiting for my account. I have paid my account regularly going in to the store as I was waiting for the bank details to do an internet payment. Helderberg
