Branch Manager was exceptionally helpful
To whom it may concern,
Today I was helped by Ursula at Jet Mart Wynberg and she was really helpful and even managed to find the shoes i was looking for. I would like to note that I called head office to request them to send the items from Charlesville to Blue Route as Charlesville was way out of my way. Unfortunately this was interpreted as a complaint and I'd like to note it was definitely not a complaint, I understood that the branch wasn't able to send it for me as it wasn't offered to me. I decided to request this from head office as i thought it would be sorted out on my behalf.
Head office were also exceptionally helpful and arranged for the shoes to be sent for me.
