Blocked account

Good day....

I went to jet store in Bethlehem Free State to update my cell phone numbers on my Tfg account because I wasn’t receiving any communications and the guy from the store called head office ....from there I was told that my account was blocked I can’t do any purchases...I went back to Jet store and I was told to provide my I’d copy and 3 months statement so did I....and I kept on going back to the store for feedback but I couldn’t get any help the kept on telling that they can’t help because my account was on areas and I paid my full installment on the 17 September. Till today i still haven’t received any feedback from Tfg head office and my account is still blocked.
