It's been so long I've waited for feedback from jet the 1st call I got I missed when I returned the call a customer service agent said his unable to assist me because my grandmother was not with me, I understand that and asked for a call back he said someone would call me back till date nobody contacted me once again I'm so tired of jet with their unfair behavior towards loyal customers even reaching out on this site they don't assist and rectify their mistakes.
