Blocked Account
Good day Someone used my account **********ly and use all my credit,then i log a dispute it was resolved and i was advised to make a new card at any jet store,i went to Jabulani Mall and i was issued with a new card to my suprise when i went for shopping my account is still blocked but when I'm making a payment I'm allowed to use the card but when i want to purchase i can't caused my account is blocked I'm so frustrated cause i was told the matter was resolved.
