Blacklisted for nothing

This is the 2nd time that Jet is *****ing me over. 2 years ago they closed my account blatanly and wrongly after my husband was segostrated. The thing was that we were not married in community of property and they were not suppose to do that. it took me about 9 months to fix that. NOW they have the nerve to blacklist me afyer I have done 2 payments in May and 1 pamemt 1st June. I was late on payment because I waoted for my statement which I have not received even to faye. I did not buy there for a while, so I paid R100 on the 11th May. I got a sms message on what the amount is that I have to pay. I paid another R150. All this shows on my bank statements. Then I pay on the end of May beginning of June again. SO MY QUESTION IS WHY THE HELL HAVE THEY JUST SUMERELY BLACKLISTED ME WITHOUT CHECKING THE FACTS. Now I have app**** for a new contract phone and was denied. I have phoned mumerpus times to find out what the amount is and what the banking details are of my account so that I could EFT the money... My husbamd anf I were sick with covid and isolated the whole of May. Now this!!!! Ir is not acceptable that they keep messing up my account. I want them to remove my name from that blacklist with immediate effect!!!! Bad service!!!
