BILLING CANCELLED ITEMS
I requested the cancelation of the following items in April 2015, They were cancelled in June, BUT returned in July and August 2015 statement.<br> <br> 1. Jet Funeral Plan of R39.30 <br> 2. Family provider Plan of R35.06 <br> 3. Account protection plan of R17.50<br> 4.
