Beware of water damage **** by Jet and Vodacom.

I have been having a back and forth with Jet Westgate Mall and Vodacom repair center over a phone i brought in for repairs since November 2021. The lack of customer service as well as passing blame between these two companies is seriously worrying. I had posted a review about the phone being sent to repairs and Vodacom repair center claimed that it was water damaged whereas the phone was taken in for a warranty repair for the power and volume button not working. The "damage" so to say would have cost the same amount to fix as the cost of the phone. I then requested that I want proof of that water damage as the phone was fine, except for the power and volume button problem when i sent it in. I have been waiting since November to have that phone returned to me, i even went to Jet Westgate Mall before the year ended, called the head office TWICE!, without any help! I no longer want that phone as it has not given me any joy doing business with you! I WANT MY MONEY BACK! STOP ******** PEOPLE OF THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY! I have been patient enough with you and I am tired of your nonsense! You do not know how to treat your customers and that's very concerning!
