BEWARE OF JET , NOT AN HONEST PLACE

On Sunday 08/02/2015 just after 9H00 we went into the shop in Atlantis and my partner saw some shirts on a rack near the till with a massive sign saying 50% off and found 3 or 4 shirts she liked . When we got to the till and the shirts were scanned only one was discounted and the others were full price , when I asked about this I was told its not the shops problem if the shirts were in the wrong place . On Saturday this store closed early due to a stock take and we were one of the first people in the shop on Sunday so the only people who could of moved shirts around were the pathetic unfriendly staff . If they did a stock take how come the staff never saw that the stock was in the wrong place . Beware if you shop at Jet as they are not very honest or helpful when it comes to customer care . Today I called to complain and the customer care line stays engaged so I called Edcon Head Office and while I was speaking to someone he just cut me off . I for one will shop elsewhere as Edcon Head Office does NOT care about customer service or honesty .
