Being charged for policies i have not taken out

I opened up an account last year October, and have not been receiving any statements until I noticed my balance was not going down and requested my statements to be sent I then realised that I was being charged for multiple policies I have not signed up for .I called in to have it cancelled and requested that they refund me it has almost 2 months now that I am waiting I even sent multiple emails and made many calls, but still nothing.
