Being Charged Attorney Fees without Explaination and yet account has been paid up

On the 4th Feb I paid up my account at the JET store and was advised that I need to call customer service after 2 working days to request a paid up letter of which I did. Till to-date I have still note received instead when I called in to follow up I was told that my account has been handed over to the attorneys and have an amount of R145 outstanding which is legal fees, I asked for the legal account's contact details and the consultant said they dont have, when I asked to speak to the Manager she put me on hold and eventually hang up. Now my credit score shows as this account is outstanding and yet it was paid and a paid letter was requested.
