Balance now decreasing

Balance increasing instead of decreasing. My last balance on my account in July 2023 was +/-R2k...***** of R7k was done and sms was sent in Jan 2024 to inform that query has been resolved. They were insurances that were active on de account (Cellphone+Home insurance) that were added *****ulently. Went to the store for assistance but no help. My balance todate it's R2900 and bear in my mind that from July account was frozen and has never used my card for any purchase. How is my account increasing from R1900 to R2900. I have called sent email to different departments no assistance (iuacomplants...RCS...jetenquiries)....Iya complains assigned (Stephanie Meintjie for assistance but no feedback asyet)who can be assigned to assist me and reverse all payments dat occurred on my account I have payed about R1630 from July to March 2024. Atleast my balance suppose to b +/- R1400 but it's now R2800. This is an inconvenience to me as I am unable to use my card because of error 😭😭😭😭😭.
