Balance account

I have recently lodged a complaint regarding jet store with with balance not decreasing even though payments are made .they have rep**** asking for account no which I send on the 10th , today with no feedback I get an email saying matter has been resolved how I don’t know . They refuse to send account statement to show where does the money go .
