bait adverti*****t
View ad in store window for a stove advertised for R1899 when I asked in store I was advised that the product was sold out prior to the ad placed in window. I told Leon that placing an ad with no stock on hand is consisdered bait advertising since they had no stock or promise thereof. His response to me was it is only consideredd bait if the stock is in store and it is subject to value added service. I downloaded a copy of consumer protection act for him as the store had no copy. Read it to him he laughed still and imp**** I cannot read or comprehend what I read.

Not only has he blantently insult me he also didnt offer to source item from different store or offer an apology or even remove ad.

For someone who claims to be manager he has not people skills and not a good brand ambassador.
