Bad working condition and Poor service

Bad customer service in Jet stores in Jhb,i was doing shopping on 04/02/2025 in one of the stores the experience wasnt good at all,Big store with only 5 employees on monthend its so embarassing for a big store like Jet ,the store doesnt have Security Guards and cleaners.i was shopping in ladies department there was one staff(lady) on front door working as a Security which they are not trained to be Guards ,i saw the employee being bul**** by shoplifters who were tempting to ***** 10 packs of pampers the lady at front was so brave he pulled 1 of them while they were tyring to run away with stock,Tfg how much stock are you loosing per day ???Your employees are going through a lot in your stores while you sit in offices and do nothing Tfg you need to copy from Mr price ackermans and pep how to operate,Jet stores dont have customer service at all your employees are emotional drained fo something Hire Security Guards and Cleaners in your stores I dont think i will shop.in your stores again you are the worst when it comes to customer service and your stores are dirty
