Bad treatment and attitude to a child
I purchased a pair of shoes for my 15 year old daughter which did not fit. She took them to Jet at Alberton City to exchange and did not realise that she had to take the \thank you"card with. The cashier treated her so rudely that she came back to me in tears. I will now return the shoes for a full refund and hand back the 'thank you' card with a big NO THANK YOU."""
