Bad sevice

I recently contacted Jet via numerous platforms telephone, different email addresses and messenger to send me a paid up letter and update my information with the credit bureas as the information on my Experian and Compuscan credit reports is outdated it hasn't been updated since 2020-02-11 my account is paid up . This is really affecting me very badly.
